Consent

I consent to my child attending basketball with the Kilkenny Stars Basketball Club as a non-member as part of the "Give it a Go" initiative.

This initiative allows girls to come along and try out the sport before committing time and membership fees if they decide to join the club.

I understand that while participating as a non-member my child will not be covered under the club insurance and am happy to proceed on that basis.
