Due to the high level of interest and queries regarding club membership for the 2026/27 season, we’d like to share some important information with you.

Club membership renewals will open next week which is a little earlier than usual. You will receive a renewal email when membership opens. Our club continues to grow at a phenomenal rate and, as a result, we need additional time over the summer months to plan ahead and ensure that coaches and facilities are confirmed before the new season begins in September.

To help us plan effectively, we need to know how many current players will be returning so that we can finalise team numbers and begin offering places to those on our waiting lists. Therefore, the membership renewal deadline will be strictly 31st July.

As always, flexible payment options will be available.

Please note that returning players who register after 31st July cannot be guaranteed a place, as available spots may be offered to players on our waiting lists.

If your child does not plan to return for the upcoming season, we would appreciate it if you could let us know via your membership renewal email. Simply click “Stop Sending This Reminder” and you will see the option to mark the membership as a non-renewal.

Potential new members can complete our membership form via ClubZap to join the waiting list. No payment is required at this stage. 

Once returning players have completed their renewals, we will review the waiting list and begin offering available places. Offers will be sent by email and, if accepted, members can choose either full payment or a flexible payment plan.

Please note that any place offered must be accepted within 7 days, otherwise it will be offered to the next person on the waiting list.
