In front of a packed house in O'Loughlin Gaels on Saturday night our National League Ladies team took on Tipperary Knights in a challenge match to kickstart the season. This was a historic moment for our club as we played our first home game of a National League season.

The game was frantic in the first quarter with both teams staying in touch with each other. The CluneTech Kilkenny Stars team started to pull away in the second quarter and never looked back. There were some fantastic individual performances on the night but the most impressive part of the performance was the togetherness of the team which was great to see.

This Sunday our U20 Ladies Team return to O'Loughlins to take on Dublin Raiders at 2.30pm .  Our first league game in the National League is on Saturday 2nd November.
