As the 2023/24 season ends, work is underway planning for 2024/25. We are inundated with texts, emails and messages on social media in relation to new membership and how to join the club. Apologies if we have not come back to you, we just don't have the man power to answer each individual message in a timely manner. We want to make sure parents are given the information they need so please read on for all things club membership (important info here for existing club parents too so ......)
You do not have to be a club member to join us on our ClubZap App. Please see the bottom of this page for instructions on how to download the app, follow the club and receive updates as the summer progresses.
New Members Our goal always is to take in as many players as we possibly can. However, we are restricted by both coach to player ratio and space. As such, all potential new members must be signed up via our waitlist. Once our existing players complete 2024/25 membership renewals and we know our numbers, we will visit the waitlist and approve as many new memberships as possible. Please note we do have a significant number of children on that list already and they will be given first preference. If we have a place available, parents on the waitlist will receive an email with a link to complete club membership signup.
We plan to open Club Membership 2024/25 renewals in mid to late June and the waitlist will be open then too. Membership/Waitlist can be accessed via our ClubZap app - on the Clubhouse screen. N.B. If you are adding more than one child to the waitlist, please add them individually/one at a time.
Existing Club Members We made the big move to ClubZap last season and it's been a game changer for the management of the club on the admin side but also for our club and team comms. We're sure you are all happy to see the back of those whatsapp groups. Now that we have a full season under our belt, membership renewals will be very easy for all of us.
Existing club members parents will receive renewal emails when Club Membership 2024/25 opens in June. Renewals must be completed by 1st August in order to secure places and to allow enough time for admin and for us to visit the waitlist and offer places where possible. N.B. If signing up to monthly instalments, the first payment will go out on the date you renew and continue on the same date each month until completed. With this in mind, pick a day of the month that works best for you.
You will need to enter your email address to start the renewal process so please make sure to use the same email as last season. If any parents need their email address changed or updated ahead of renewals, message Nicola via the app. The club will have an option to pay in full or by instalments as before, however the number of instalments allowable will reduce as the months go on with membership instalments finished for all by December 2024. If your child will not be returning to the club in 2024/25 please notify your child's coach as soon as possible. You can private message the coach in your team chat group by selecting "message admin".
