This is a very special weekend for Kilkenny Basketball as The Masters come to town with 36 teams from all over Ireland and the UK participating in the biggest tournament yet for Kilkenny. There will be over 400 players and officials taking part during the three days of sporting action, emphasising the importance of well-being and health & fitness for adults who wish to continue playing sport into their forties and fifties.

There are 3 venues on the go: O'Loughlins Gaa Club, St Kierans & Loreto Secondary Schools

We have a large number of past, present and future (hopefully) coaches participating from the Kilkenny Stars Club and we hope that our club members will come and support the Kilkenny teams who are competing in Over 40's Mens & Ladies and Over 50's Men. Coaches include Puff, Liam, Aoghan, Paul, Jason, Mark, Damien (coach), Anthony (coach), Dee, Orla, Susan & Annie.

8:10pm: Kilkenny O40's v WEBBA (UK) (O'Loughlins)

Saturday:

10:00am: Kilkenny O50's v Fr Matthews (St Kierans)

10:50am: Marble City Mayfairs v Western Seahawks (Loreto)

12:30pm: Killkenny O50's v Tridents (Loreto)

13:20pm: Kilkenny O40's v Dublin West (Loreto)

Sunday:

Finals schedule will be available after the Group Stages are complete and we will post updates here. There will also be a wheelchair basketball exhibition game on Sunday at 12:50pm in St Kierans with the South East Swifts and Friends.
