Kilkenny Stars Basketball Club established in 2011 is merely a very short period of time when you measure our successes to-date.

2023 has undoubtedly been a very proud year for our Club. It is an honor for the club that five of their players are now on Irish squads. It demonstrates the players sincere devotion, passion, and desire as well as that of our coaches, their parents and the Kilkenny Basketball Community. For our younger players, these players serve as motivating role models.

Needless to say, this is an incredible achievement for any player to represent their club at the highest level. Congratulations to Aoibhin Dunphy, Faye McDonnell, Caoimhe Timmons, Kaitlyn Summers and Aimee O Reilly we are extremely proud of you all at Kilkenny Stars Basketball Club.
